An intense day today. I got up and headed over to our expresso stand to pray for the day. Had my usual two shot americano. Oh yeah! Ya'll can call me a barista now. I've learned how to use the expresso machine and I am fully equipped to get hired en un estarbucks or any other coffee shop.
After prayer, I picked up two of my nephews, some adobada tacos and a couple bags of limon hot cheetos and made way for Jubilee Christian Academy to visit little Ramiro. He is well, a little frustrated that no one is picking up his phone call back in Pasadena. Whats up with ya'll?
After watching him devour the tacos and hanging out for a little while we drove back to the tri-cities to train our summer teen leadership. Did that and had an awesome time. The group is getting more comfortable leading worship and praying.
At about 4:30 we started setting up at the park for the event we hosted today. A youth group called Genesis from Morgan Hill Cali did a musical play for the community at our park. We served hot dogs, sandia and chips con salsa. After they did their performance, they played at the park with the lil' ones. Good times. Two of the kids with Morgan Hill are the son and daughter of a pastor that used to come and have lunch with me when I was in college here in the evergreen state. It was a blessing to see them all grown up.

Wendy is doing well, getting bigger. She is healthy and so is the baby but we still don't know if its going to be a boy or a girl. I wish I could share my joy with all my friends, truly amazing stuff when you are watching the sonogram(spll?).

Right now i'm hanging out with my friend Tony at a coffee shop just chillin'. Wendy and I are spending the weekend with my mom and the rest of the family.

Keep checking for photo updates coming up.

I don't know if I mentioned this. PRISM magazine, los evangelicos for social action bought some of my pictures. In the newst issue there is an article about a ministry in SKID ROW which does Karaoke with the homeless. The magazine threw me a bone by giving me the assignment of going down there and photographing them in action. They bought six of my photos. Good times.
