Lets see what did I do yesterday.
I took Lupe to the airport so she can fly home to Chicago for three weeks to visit family, renew her work permit before moving back here to do a 16 month internship. I had lunch with Diana, after lunch I went surfing with two homeboys. Had a good day surfing, I'm on the quest to conquer riding on the nose of my board. I have been riding in Santa Monica and the waves just don't give there becuase they break fast. Hopefully I'll be able to get it down on my coming trip down to SD. I'm been anxious to go surf San Onofre. After surfing I came home showered and went to Walmart. I bought paint and brushes to fix my new living quarters. I love my new studio style room, its friggin' sweet.
Today, I met with my friend Ramiro and went over some ministry and personal stuff. Its always a blessing to meet with that bean. And I had the best iced coffee I've had so far. Thank you Starbucks you rock!
After that I met with a counselor whom I found strangely pleasing. We talked quite a while about my plans to go back to Washington and her dreams about helping migrant people get educated. It was good.
After that I took some of the youth to Toys R Us to get some toys, duh!
Now I'm resting and its a good thing.
